The “Social Church” and it’s link to Communism
A Note from The Wry Pastor before publishing the next podcast
The social media platforms that are in wide use today whittle down one’s ability to express clear and drawn out logic and replaces the ability to draw out one’s rational thinking skills with short snippets of one’s own thoughts. What results in this is a dopamine or quick fix addiction where one’s attention span is shortened substantially over a long period of time. People are molded to the Steve Jobs’ idea of social interactions which are digitally based instead of interpersonally based via conversations and relationship building. Instead of being tied to a person, we become tied to a screen.
I write in long form because I’m working through that dopamine addiction myself. I’m also reestablishing my desire to write; this has been a hobby of mine for quite a long time, but I haven’t fed this hobby enough to hone my skills. I write in long form also because I want to encourage and guide you toward a more meaningful connection with other humans; reading has become a forgotten art of gaining insight into the world and short attention spans hinder We The People from understanding what we read and comprehending how what we read impacts our daily lives. I believe that recapturing this method of information gathering, sharing and comprehension will help to reinforce the current and struggling foundations of our society. I also believe that via reading, conversation and friendly debate, we will all be less susceptible to social media and government manipulation and less impressionable to be swayed by Big Tech puppeteers.
What I will be sharing soon is a study I’m doing on the “Social Church” and how it became a real entity mirroring the Christian faith, but maligning the Christian faith. I will be sharing via long form articles, like this, and a series of audio podcasts, my insights about the “Social Church.” Even if you are not a Jesus following Christian, you will want to know how puppeteers are shaping hearts and minds to follow a social gospel of action by eroding American society via religious manipulation. The framers of this nation bard the American Idea on Judeo-Christian principles of faith via the Bible AND the freedom in Christ Jesus to choose what you believe and desire for one’s own life; this is woven within the Constitution of this nation, it’s amendments and with further research, it’s Federalist Papers. We are living in a unique time where societal usurpers believe it is their time to dismantle Western Civilization…I disagree and will intellectually and if need be physically fight their end goals until the day I die. I’ve seen what their ideology is capable of: “not today, Satan.”
I am asking you to be prepared to research and study the terms and events of the past to help you gain understanding on what I will be sharing. When the actual post on this subject matter is posted to my Substack and Anchor account via The Wry Pastor Podcast, I am requesting that this fine group of inquisitive people who follow my content look into the terms that I layout for you in long form. I suggest that you sit with a pen and pad or your phone’s notebook readily accessible to write down what you hear and then read further. I believe that we can all do this and be better for it.
In the meantime, I’ve screenshot a few items to see for yourself when in history the Social Gospel began to take real roots here in the United States of America. You will also see how one big name thought through Communism and Christianity and how some of those thoughts and practices may have been skewed for social gain versus soul salvation; Christians should not, in any way shape or form, align or mimic Communism; Christianity and Communism do not mix!
Christianity and Communism: MLK’s Own Thoughts
I believe that my audience is an audience of inquisitive people who span across the world. I also believe that your ability to connect the dots that you see before your eyes in these articles and my podcast will help you to be a more informed and capable Christian, a more balanced and thoughtful citizen (of which ever nation you reside), and a better person as you interact with people who may not know that they have been brainwashed or manipulated into believing the wrong things about faith and the church in comparison to social good will.
I will cover these topics over a series of podcasts:
Origin of “The Social Church”
How the Social Church has morphed biblical orthodoxy based on faith in Jesus
Biblical Equality versus Social Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Mass Emotionalism and Spiritual Manipulation
Sex Work, Molestation and Child Abuse within the church
Reconciliation and Forgiveness of sins through Good Works and External Penance
Critical Theory, Marxism and Socialism equated with “Good Christian Orthopraxy”
Thank you for reading; I will see you soon!
